Easter and 7 months old!

We were so excited to celebrate Caitlin's first Easter and also for Benjamin to actually be able to enjoy a real Easter egg hunt!  We headed to Ursuline (Janice's high school) for their annual alumni egg hunt.  Caitlin didn't do much "hunting" but Benjamin had a good time.  He picked up one or two eggs and stopped, so he didn't quite get the idea that he had to try to pick up the eggs quickly, but he still had a great time!

After we checked out the Easter bunny goodies, we headed to church for 9am Mass. 

Thankfully we got there early and had seats!

It was a great Easter spent with family and friends.  It was so fun this year since Benjamin was able to actually participate and hunt for his own eggs.  Thankfully, he isn't a big fan of the chocolate/candy so he was more excited about the toys and stickers!  He was also really excited to get some money/coins and loved getting to put them into his piggy bank!

Caitlin turned 7 months old on April 5.  She is sitting up solidly now and although she is not crawling yet, she turns and rolls around and is moving a lot!  She is such a happy girl all the time and is always smiling and laughing.  She especially loves watching EVERYTHING her big brother is doing!

Eating solids - three meals a day. So far she has eaten cereal, bananas, avocados, sweet potato, carrots, apples, peas, prunes and butternut squash.

 She is a great eater and has loved everything that we give her. It's no wonder that she now weighs 18 pounds 8 ounces at 7 months old! :)
