Busy times and Fall fun!

If my lack of posting is any indication, our lives have been a little busier these days with our new addition, Caitlin!  We have been very lucky that Caitlin has been an easy baby (fingers crossed she stays that way) despite having been sick for several weeks with a cold and double ear infections!  I guess what people told us is already holding true, the second child gets all the germs from her sweet older brother's hugs and kisses.  Benjamin is still enjoying his new school and has brought home tons of cute art projects and crafts for our refrigerator!

We have had a busy month so far celebrating Caitlin's 1 month birthday (Lolo and Lola are keeping Central Market in business with the monthly cakes again!)
1 month old!
We have had a lot of fun at different pumpkin patches and fall festivals this month.
Here we are at the farmer's market picking out our pumpkins
Celebrating Mommy's birthday
Aunt Rini came in town for Columbus Day weekend for a visit and we had a great time checking out the pumpkin patch at the Arboretum.  Benjamin loved picking up the small pumpkins and playing with them while Caitlin took a nap :)
Drumming on the pumpkins
Petting zoo at a neighborhood fall festival.  Benjamin really wanted to pet this white bunny and kept chasing it around trying to catch it.
State Fair of Texas!!
Chicken Fried Bacon is yummy!
Big Tex

Benjamin's favorite animal was the kangaroo!  He was hopping around the cage just like a kangeroo!
Hop! Hop! Hop!
Dressed up for the Halloween party at church.  Scary shark!
Painting pumpkins at home!
Unfortunately, he was more interested in lining up the paint jars than painting the pumpkins
Finally getting some painting done
The finished products
Trunk-or-treat at Skillman (Benjamin's school)
Picking out some good candy for mommy and daddy
The little goldfish
